port 80 has been forwarded a long time ago, and I know it still is, but it wont work. even with the firewall shut down. seriously i'm starting to hate my computer so bad! Took me like a whole month to figure the problem to make my server run off my ip and it was because of a hidden firewall, and now this..

Try a different port than 80. My ISP blocked ports 80 and 8080 so I had to find an other port. And I used 5901. Don't forget to setup your XAMP/LAMP/WAMP aswel.

How do I put a different port than 80? I tried and ended up restarting my modem cause I couldn't access my modem page anymore lmao.
