You launch tRose.exe with a command line...
So you can trap the command line with some utility (some stuff from Microsoft, the guy who did Regmon, don't remember the name) or later as Drakia said with Wireshark since it captures packet.

I use this CLICK something like Wireshark. It says: "Network Protocol Analyzer. Tool to allow capturing and protocol analysis of network traffic."

No. It's another utility that lists process and you can see the command line used to call those processes.

IDK, maybe it's in here? http://www.netmon.org/tools.htm There is a list of lots of network sniffers. Maybe that command tool is in there.

No I told you it's one of the tools from sysinternals the guys who wrote regmon and who are with Microsoft now. It should be named process or something.
