This going about my rose update

I cant update my rose Il get this error:





I downloaded with torret from the main rose website can u help me plz:D

Try uninstalling completly (and delete the triggersoft folder as well) / reinstalling your client.

I didnt have a triggersoft folder:P

My xp was reinstalled so there was not triggersoft

But im gonne tryit

Yep i fully unistall it and removed the triggersoft folder:3

Try to reboot.
If it doesn't work try to search on google, sometimes it seems other software are causing problems, example:

So search "canvas does not allow drawing" in google.

I find something but its say something with my printer o.O

But i think that could not be it so.. for the rest i didnt saw anything:S

Well it says Asus Probe (for example) can cause this...

Perhaps in your case it's something else. Did you try to reboot?

Oke i restarted it but not it online says the error in zip stucture

The problem is solved

My antivirus was blocking it so i shut it off and then it worked!:D

Some 1 gaved me a tip from offcialRose forum:D
