Sorry. It's just a Vista thing. Vista and Rose just plain don't get along. I have a laptop with Vista here that absolutely refuses to get past the login screen.

it crashed even on windows XP O_o using rev80... amd using the dev rev i couldnt connect it says trying to login w/o gameguard.

rev 80 doesn't work with the latest version of NARose. It always crashes the client.
It's only compatible with client versions prior to 139 and also requires a gameguard hack

Which client version are you using?
the newest NARose doesn't even have gameguard so the dev rev should log straight into it.

maybe there is an item in his inventory that let the client crash i had it also a few weeks ago

1°) you DON'T need the GG hack of fix anymore with the dev rev (VII°) 1°)), just the standard naRose client, updated,
If you use the GG patch, you WILL have a crash AFTER your select your avatar in the tree!

You MUST use the "Trose.exe" from the game, no need anymore for "gameguard patch". DON'T USE THE GAMEGUARD PATCH.

2°) the GG login error (login without GameGuard) is in the guide too (VII°) 3°)):

heres my loginserver.conf, i recompiled the dev rev as it says on the guide but i havent match the things yet, is that the reason why there are some warnings about .qsd?

and my was not wearing any its like a new character.

Where did you get your server?
If you're using osRose's SVN and dev rev, you have the loginserver.conf with this inside.

Don't mix all the servers...

well yeah i have loginsever.conf but the checkGameGuard is not written in loginserver.conf.

I got the files on the guides.
