You shouldn't use Dev C++, believe me it sucks.

i have Code Blocks but when i try to rebuild it failed .. i think some files are missng .. can you link some tutorials how to use it ?

I actually prefer it in many ways to CB.
I often have issues where CB won't compile something properly while dev still works fine.
Main problem with dev is that it is no longer updated or even supported by its makers.
