The gate hack doesn't need to be fixed. It's working exactly as it was designed to.
What needs to be fixed is the server code that calculates the move speed of the character.
At high buff values it comes up with a different number to the speed that the client thinks you are moving.
Another way of fixing it is to stop making GM characters with stupid high INT.
It's calibrated to 600 INT MAX. if you go beyond that it will break.
You either have to limit INT or add more code to set the buff values for higher INT.
Spawning depends a lot on which server version you are using.
They all use slightly different methods but all are based on database tables. just edit the table to change the way the spawns work.
