I am creating an emulator for iroseonline in delphi 7, however I would ask for some help for programmer in delphi.

How i can put in server to the player when clicking "LOGIN" the server do a search in the database ?
using component zquery (ZEOS)?

I don't know - but I think developing/enhancing/working with the old revs will lessen your work BIG TIME. Why create your own? Won't it take a long long while?

hmmm, well I never used delphi, so i wouldn't know, and you're basically on your own. I'm thinking you have much less experience in programming than I do.

Building an entire rose server on your own is a pretty daunting task.
I have no idea how easy it will be in Delphi since I've never used it.

I could probably throw together a very basic server in VB (the language I am most experienced in) that would let me log in and look around in a couple of days but to get it to the state that the current osrose servers are at would take a year or so most likely.

I wish you good luck on your project but as Circa said, you're basically on your own unless you can find somebody who knows anything about Delphi
If you get it working then we will happily add you a section here at osrose to discuss it.
