Just logged into ragezone to see if anybody needed any help and a message popped up to say that I have been banned with absolutely no reason given.

That's kind of funny. Just like the way that a few years back they just removed my Mod capabilities with no reason given either.

If anybody wants any help on rose issues from now on they will just have to come here to osrose since I won't be able to give any help over there any more.

Ah well. No loss for me really.

i am really sure they are dead while PY is the most active Dev for Rose online,

Btw i have a Qesutions i never found the answer for it, why i didn't see any new ver for rose the last one was stopped because of many reason, so no any new updates in the futures ?

We currently have no active developers working on osrose servers.
I will always be around to answer questions and help out where I can but even I very rarely actually do any real coding on any of the servers. When I do it is always either on KTRose source or on the version 137 client source + modified dev rev 1.5 server.

We desperately need new coders to take over where the old team left off.

KTRose is pretty much complete.
OsIrose needs a ton of work
All versions of osrose need work. DR4 onwards are a bit of a dead end since we (RoseZA team) abandoned DR4 because we couldn't get all the parts to work.

I really like this project, but I'm not a programmer, just like programming, actually osrose is my first study to my knowledge of C / C ++. FYI. my mother language is BAHASA. lol

I actually learned C++ from osirose initially.
Admittedly I had many years of coding experience in other languages first. Not sure if that makes it easier or harder to learn C++

Yea PY i know you since you was working so hards and fight to keep Rose online live, i know some knowlge about C program but its not same C++ the Cmd defference i need to learn again C++, also we need to keep the staff up why the other doesn't works on one projects it will make rose server much better.

Pick a project and off we go.
TBH I would be far more interested in doing something if I wasn't the only one ever working on anything.
The best possible future may be to work with the 137 client source that we have and run it alongside either the official server (also have source but nobody has made it work yet) or the modified DR 1.5 server which does work with the 137 client.

The server will compile but as far as I know nobody actually made it run yet.
Also, the way the code is written in that server (and the client too for that matter) is kind of horrible
