Doesn't matter, as long as you put the QuestData, STB and AI folder in your server files later. (Binary>3DDATA)

Did you open: loginserver.cbp, charserver.cbp, worldserver.cbp in the "binary" folder, and then rebuild it?

No I didnt... I open the character server then rebuild it right away.. as explained in the procedure. Nothing more nothing less.. I got that message skipping..

I think you need to open loginserver.cbp, charserver.cbp, worldserver.cbp, and try to rebuild it.
