"LoginServer - default" uses an invalid compiler. Probably the toolchain path within the compiler options is not setup correctly?! Skipping...

What did you set the default compiler to when installing CodeBlocks?

Hello,
This is my first time attempting to set up a private server. I have followed the guide, but when I launch my .bat file, ROSE does open up for about a second and a half (displaying the white "Gravity" screen) and then it closes and I get a Windows error.

This is a server just for myself, so my IPs are localhost, etc. and the Login/Char/World.exe all work fine.

I'm making the assumption I am doing something wrong with the TROSE.exe/Launcher.bat...

Thank you very much in advance,
Warloch

Hello,

I'm sure I've set the plugins right. Also tried to add the pthread into MinGW compiler manually but it keeps giving the error: ld.exe - cannot find -lpthreadgc

Anyone who can help me out?

Thanks in advance,
Pim

Thank you for making this guide. Its working now, its only not really clear what kind of client you need to use.. and where you can download it. I know you sayed alot time to use the client from officiel rose, but thet one is to high in version (even if you dont update him). Maby somting to put in the guide.

I think you can use the fully updated client if you update the STBS and shit...

as far as i heard not really, cos narose put in all the extra stuff like fashion dress up and such, plus i heard people crash when talking to npcs/picking up items, i cant personally confirm it my self, but since there has been a lot of complaints lately i thought id put up a note.
