Refine system; How to change?

I'm looking for some time how to replace the system of "refine" the Narose by approaching that of iRose.

1 question can it be done by contribution to the difference in server code?
2 issue which files are concerned, I really get lost?
3 to your already an approach on this subject by someone?
4 TRose.exe issue should be changed?

If one of us had one of the above ideas and is welcome.
