[HELP] Spawn area and Item Upgrade

here are my questions
1. why everytime i create a new character it starting area is Junon Polis?
2. everytime i upgrade(refine) my items the game freeze..
3. and everytime i die and respawn to my save town(junon polis), i respawn in the water in junon polis
please help me thanks

and also, is it possible to update v80 to dev rev II with all my accounts,characters and items?
