dev-c++ problem when im complie

hello
i use the svn of irose and its .dev so i downloaded dev-c+++ and the
libmysql-5.0.5-1sid and pthreads_w32-2.8.0-1aj.
but i still get that error:
cannot find -IpthreadGC
id returned 1 exit status
[Build Error] [WorldServer.exe] Error1

plase help me fix it i want edit couple of thing and i cant without complie
