Dev Rev4 waiting problem

Hello I use Dev Rev 4 and it works fine for me..
I've changed conf. files, port forward and disable firewall
but the other computer on my router cant join in and show waiting forever..
So I try dev rev3 and ktrose, they work properly and the other computer also can join my server without waiting problem.. Only Dev Rev 4 cant join with other computer...
I dont know what is the problem..I need help
