Would really love if we could pick up from ZaROSE and continue developing this one. I myself is using this and running my own private server. Made some few additions and bug fixes. But I don't see any thread focusing on the development of this source.

I'm sure people in the community would help if someone as active on it. If you want to share your RoseZA changes we can add it to the osrose github: https://github.com/dev-osrose and let people know in the discord about it. Generally I think there's interest in this kind of thing but few people take the initiative to get started.

When i use this server : https://github.com/PurpleYouko/rosZA_server and client Rose NA v419
then look like charserver.exe Can't to create a new char in a game.. :x

My guess only is your char name is too long

My guess is that the client version is WAY too recent for the server so the packets don't line up

The roseza server works with the roseza test client. That's about it. You can't run that more recent client with it. It's just incompatible

There's no actual thread related to the development of this client server combination but it is being developed, at least a little.
I started the process of converting it to compile in Visual Studio 2017 a month or so ago.
It's compiling ok now but not completely working in its latest configuration
I had to overhaul a lot of sub systems too since VS compiles somewhat differently to CodeBlocks.

All my work is on the roseza GIT under my name

This is awesome!

I'm still using Codeblocks up til now to compile the source. As far as I know this is the closest you can get to NArose. I've attached a screenshot of the client that appears compatible with it.
