It will work if you edit your CON and QSD files to add it. otherwise no.
Need to lookup information on NARose items, skills, quests?
Now featuring a newly completed skill tree for all classes

you are going to have to find the correct CON then look it up in LIST_EVENT.STB to find the correct dialog ID

It can be adapted easily enough though. just have to copy over a few files and change a few settings and it will work fine in any server.
