Vista can't connect

Hello
I want my brother to connect to my Rose server but he can't when he tray to log in he get stuk. but alot of my other frinds are on it...
my brother is running vista...
Hope some can help me

If you are using the launcher right click on it and select properties.
In the tabs click compatibility and then click the box beside Run as an Administrator, then at bottom hit apply and then ok.
If that does not work where you checked the Run as an Administrator go up a bit and check compatibility box and set for windows xp service pack 3.

Is his client version the same as the server was compiled on?
Did you click the TriggerDetect in the game folder?
If above is ok then 2 .exe's trose and roseonline do the same to them as i stated in 1'st post.
