but I just come back to character selection.

Dude I don't seem to understand what you mean in the first post, please explain it the best you can and with the most details you can get.
And if you have an error log you could also post it here (don't forget to delete/backup the old one and make the problem occur once for a new error log).

Return to character selection screen never worked for os-irose. the only way to get it to work is to edit the source code and basically make the world server send the player back to the char server.
