Luke,
I cannot read the language, but one thing is you will need to run the compatibility mode for the Worldserver.exe Select Windows XP SP3 if you want to manually select it
It will then work if you are using Windows 10

It runs just fine on my system.
It has to be something on your setup or your computer.

it's crashing because you don't have the STB files in the binary/3ddata/stb folder your server.
That's why there are a load of messages telling you it couldn't load them. they aren't there.
Try actually extracting them from your client and putting them in the right place in your server and it will work fine.
That's the reason we have guides telling people to do this. Try following one of them accurately.

well of course you don't have any STBs in your client 3DDATA folder.
You have to EXTRACT them from the VFS using a VFS extractor from our tools section.
Same goes for QSD and AIP
Do you actually read instructions?
Every setup tutorial that was ever written includes a section on extracting the files from VFS
Why don't we have a  emoji?
