NPC locations/spawns are located in the .ifo files. Make sure that you have updated them to correspond with New Junon.

No, the spawns are located in the database in osrose.

Yeah, but the icons in the game client are based on the .ifo's. It's easier to just change those and then dump the locations to the database.

nope.
He's right.
The icons on the mini map read directly from the client side IFOs so we have to make sure the IFOs match the server side DB.
Easiest way is to make the IFOs work first (to get the icons in the right place) then use the IFO dump tool to remake the database for the server.

You have to use a VFS extractor/editor tool (in the tools section) to get the IFO and other files out of the client VFS files.
The VFS files are just giant archives that contain all the individual files that make your client run.

We have editors for almost all of the file formats that you will find in there

[edit] Try searching for a tutorial on adding an NPC. It will explain how you set the stuff up in IFOs

I have a dump tool that spits out that information but it's in my office at work.
I'll try to remember to post a list tomorrow.
Bug me if i forget.
