What you need?
-Just a stb editor (and winrar)
First I will start showing off

(when I made this pictures I wasnt done with everything I did now so it still looks a bit different)
It is based on the new junon, but I dont know what it will be like when you use the old junon.
ok lets get started:
-1. letting it snow in junon:
Take your .stb editor and open list_zone.stb,
Go to junon, and follow the line till you see: LZON002
the row behind that is the row for the weather, there isnt standing anything --> change it into 1
save it, and it snows in junon!
-2. put snow on the houses and the floor:
This was quite some work, I did it for you, but it still isnt fully done (trees and some other things).

Put this into your client (3ddata folder)
Now your done
I hope some people can help me finishing this fully (finishing the trees and everything, and maby add a guide for adding the santa quest (dunno if it already exists never searched for it)).
