Your public IP "External Internet Protocol" (Check this link to get yours: https://whatismyipaddress.com/) will be your "http://"

Meaning it would look something like this http://197.***.***.111

However it's indeed possible to get that (19.7***.***.111) to something like http://yourname.com (known as a DNS), but you should be willing to spend a monthly or yearly fee,
or you could go free and sign up at (http://www.noip.com/) and follow their guides.

Please note that you should by now already have an Appache server installed as well as port forwarded your router and set your firewall of the host PC accordingly, other than that you are all set to go :).

Please note that if your public ip is dynamic (which means it keeps changing after each router restart) then you will make sure that you have a DNS provider that supports dynamic IP's such as noip.com :)

Please excuse the poor guide but I am kindof in a rush to get things done at home.
(This might contain errors)

Dibella :D :D
