Several people have helped you, giving you links and letting you know what to look for.

You need to do research too, OSiRose is iRose and can be found on this forum.

No more begging for files, if someone has them, they would post, otherwise, search for some yourself or use the private message.

If i Execute SQL file: osirose.sql in Navicat i have nothing in a Navicat.It dont created any .sql. Its broken?
All this file is broken there isnt a .conf files or anything..

You clearly didn't read the guides people have linked you to, or bother to read what advice people have given you. Are you even putting effort to figure it out on your own? There is a search function on this forum that is very helpful. You're getting frustrated with people because they can't hand you something they don't have, and they can't do it for you. People who are still replying and trying to help have been very patient with you. Don't think you've said thanks one time to those who've tried helping you.
