[HACK] tried to create a too long avatar (0) - i got this in charserver.exe help !

Is there a server files to this client v419? Or pls dev rev 4 but with propely quests (compiled) - for me. Thank You.

Such a thing does not exist.
I personally spent a couple of months attempting to fix quests in Dev Rev 4 when we were developing it for RoseZA (before release here)
We eventually abandoned the attempt.
It's not possible to fix them completely. NARose changed some stuff in their server (that we do not have access to) specifically to break our OsRose servers. They also removed all the QSD files from later clients and kept them 100% server side where we cannot see them.
Likewise it is not possible to get the NPCs in Oro to work properly without completely writing QSD scripts for all of them from scratch. We don't have the QSD files that are needed for that.
