Xammp Patching

hi.... hope this is the right category for this...

just want to ask, my xamp is working all are in right even the patchlist and the ip all is right but sometimes when i patch i recieve messages like this.

failed to get patch list
failed to get patch13 but when i re do it i recieve different failed to get patch 17 but i didnt change anything.
no new patches even i do have new patches

Well it didn't get patchlist. Check your server logs (Apache) to see if there is an error.
