There are no set directions for it, but it is not that hard to figure it out.
One thing to remember, the coordinates on the bigger maps are not perfect, so be aware of that.
Create a folder called "sql" put your spawn.sql file in there.

all are right in the spawn map editor but... when i click the save it says invalid file name....
