You will need to convert the ICON.DDS files into jpg or bmp first though. This is a simple program and isn't up to reading DDS directly
Just select your ICON file, set your destination directory, click the button and 169 seperate images will be created in the destination. It automatically adjusts the file names for all 19 ICON files so that they match the reference numbers used in the STBs.
