[STB] STB Editor from Brett

This is a STB editor from Brett (original thread here).

Hey guys, I realize that there are already over a dozen different STB editors but I thought it would be useful to release this one. It has a lot of things specifically designed to make editing STB's such as a grid that you can right click on and select rows, columns and cells and do copies into another STB. Another important part is that it supports all the different STB encodings, including the newest one being used by JRose. Just check out the "File Type" drop-down in the Open and Save file dialogs. Make sure you play around with right clicking cells and rows before you try to do anything drastic. As usual, all I ask is that you report any bugs, suggestions or problems to me!

Does it still crash when you try to save the stb if you edited a table and kept (null)? Like your previous one brett?
