There actually might be a bug with the converter
(Or I messed up somewhere since I am quite new to this)
Anyway
First of all I converted a zmo (plus zms/zmd) to smd
Made a file for it named Test1
Then after that I converted Test1 back to zmo and named it ZMOTest
and then converted ZMOTest_MOTION.zmo(plus zms/zmd) back to smd and called it Test2
And I noticed that the skeletons are on different heights(on fragmotion) after it got converted once back to zmo which causes random errors in game
I am guessing that the program added something extra while converting the smd file back to zmo
Hopefully this gets fixed since this is an extremely awesome tool
and
if anyone have a lower version for this tool that works for converting zmo, I would be extremely grateful if you can share it with us
