Hey Spark, I also have a question about the SMD files!
I've been testing around with the converter and started with converting the MALE.ZMD, ARM1_00100.ZMS, BODY1_00100.ZMS, BODY1_00110.ZMS, FOOT1_00100.ZMS and BOW_ATTACK_M1.ZMO. So this includes a 3d model of a headless character + a bow attack animation. I've first tested these files in your new 3D model viewer where they work perfectly. After I've converted those files into .SMD files I've opened them in Fragmotion and started to edit them. All I did was rotateing some "joints" or however it's named. Once I was done I've saved the animation as .SMD and converted back to .ZMD/.ZMS/.ZMO. Tested the new converted files in the 3D model viewer, which does work! It nicely plays the custom animation. But after placeing the .ZMO in my rose client it's "errors", here's a screenie:

Could you explain me why it does not play the correct animation ingame?
