[HELP] Making New NPC

is it possible to make a new NPC from the picture below?
Can someone tell me how ?

or create one for me

Well the first thing you have to do is make a 3d model of her complete with mesh (ZMS), bones (ZMD), textures (DDS) and some sort of animation routines effects and so on.

Then you need a flat image in the form of a DDS to use in NPC dialogs

Then you can follow the tutorial that somebody (Drakia I think) wrote a few years ago for adding an NPC to the game.

Yeah, 3D is not my fav section
too far for me to realize "her" become a NPC

I'm not 3D artist nor graphic design
I just wanted to surprise her without spending a lot of money
even with a low-cost 3d scanner like Photon by Matterform.

Maybe I will borrow from my friends, if any

if you can convert the image to a suitable DDS then you could just skin over an existing NPC and change the name in STB/STL

There are a number of NPCs that are already made but not used if you look through the files in the VFS

my problem is I cannot converted that image to suitable dds (not just flat dds)
and the zmd, zmo.

I know enough to part stb / stl / ZMS / chr and that effect.

I can add new NPC/monster if all required files are available.

To make a flat DDS you can use photoshopp with the nvidia plugin
or if you don't have that you can use GIMP which is free

I'm not an expert in using Gimp so please don't ask for any help in that area. I really don't do artwork at all. lol

I used Paint.net to convert image to dds
with Photoshop + Nvidia plugin have restrict image width & height must be multiple of 4
I will try Gimp too, later.

So, I have dds format, my question is how to convert to dds part of npc ?
