I use Visual studio 2010 it doesn't work to compile it :S

I compiled using VC++ 2005(+ Framework SDK), might be possible with newer versions.
The skin is implemented in the .exe, BUT you can change the images in the "/images" folder in your source folder, when you recompile it will use the new images. I'll add configs for window/image sizes later on.
Before you compile you have to change the settings found in "main.h"(you might have to scroll a couple of lines down before you actually see it)

I reworked the neoncube launcher to work without config files and I also reskinned the whole thing.
