Okáy,
I know a lot of 'people' are looking for this, im not asking for 1 but does anyone have an IDEA so we could make an OS(i)Rose auto update launcher.. I know a lot of people including me are looking for it.
Im working using Visual Basic 6.

Auo updater for what? The source code? You can use SVN, but it is't much like an auto updater, but you can make a task job in a .bat file, that kills the login/char/world server, than runs the SVN wich makes it update and than restarts the servers

Well, the only reason you would need an auto-updater for the client would be if you were doing client edits, which we do not recommend, and definately do not support.

Actually you are wrong here.. Auto updater can be used in many ways not just for client editing. It can be used to transfer members files such as guides, extra files or simply to update the launcher itself.

He is looking for something just like RoseOnline Launcher with an auto updater included.

From the sounds of his question he is looking for a launcher/updater that can access the VFS files. This is just a guess, because he says him and many people are looking for it, otherwise they could just write a standard file-downloader, which is easy in most languages. The only thing a VFS updater would be used for is client editing.
