Defrag / format VFS file

How can i defrag of format a fvs file?

to reduce the size

if you are using narose client, then easiest way is to use the narose launcher to defrag. Simply change the url's launcher connects to so it doesnt update, then use their defrag feature.

Or atleast that is how i have done it in past.
