Do someone can create a storage command something like ( /storage ) and to show the window of the storage ?

You would have to access client side LUA in order to display the storage window.
This would require a client side file such as a CON (or a CXE if you are in dev rev 4) along with a QSD to activate it.
Should be possible to do it that way.
Best way might be to make a copy of the CON and QSD used by a storage NPC such as Crow then rename them then add a custom NPC (without an exact position) so that you can call this QSD CON from any place. A virtual sore keeper if you like.
