How to check that what is downloading in my computer from internet because i am using mtnl broadband connection & paying very hefty money for my internet usage please suggest me is there any ways to check how much & what i have downloaded from internet while i am online.

there are plenty of bandwidth monitor/analyzer programs available. Just google it

Finally though. What does this have to do with client editing?
Need to lookup information on NARose items, skills, quests?
