Hello guys, I would like to know if there is any EFT editors out there in order to edit the eft files, such as the one which declares gloving effects on refining the item. When it's changing from +4 to +5 for example. I would like to implement a totally new system which would have totally different effects then the previous and vanilla (original) one.

Not public as far as I know. But if you wanted to edit/create the actual particle effect then you'd need a PTL editor. From what I can remember, EFTs merely define the sequence of particles and models/animations (and a single sound file) using delays and various other settings.

Yea the ptl editors that are around are a bit annoying but they work. I liked the effect studio tool that i have. Its the official one.
