I wonder how do I add new QSD to work with CON files.
I add the list of QSD, but when I call the function nothing happens.

You have to add your new QSD to LIST_QUEST.STB and to LIST_QUEST_S.STL
Also add an entry to LIST_QUESTDATA.STB. that is the actual list that tells the client which QSDs to load.
Don't forget that you also need the LTB file to get the NPC text options from your CON
The server just needs LIST_QUEST.STB and possibly the LTB (depending on which server version. Some versions load them)
