The syntax error is because the installer file is in-correct english as it's supossed to be chinese. Rename the installer to just anything else, like 'installer.exe'. It should work then.

Oh nice, btw is the rise client extractable? I don't remember it being supported by the vfs available here in osrose

The Rise client, old and new ones are not extractable with all the current vfs extractor out here.
