How can I make some shops to charge a skill.

Example: NPC id 84 load skill for Fast Run and players receive this buff.

oh you want NPCs to buff players?
I made a tutorial on that somewhere i think.
You have to mess with AIP and QSD stuff a lot.

I create Buffer Bot but have problem , buff fairy can buff other NPC and monster

I create new NPC ([All Gear]Nero) , add new NPC in List_npc.stb , list_npc_s.stl and list_npc.chr , use smith.mon file.
