i was looking in the ruff rose file and i didnt find stb file
where is it???

Try "getting source" forum from osiRose to get the svn address and in the "guide" forum you got some compiling guides and how to retrive code from svn using tortoise.

As for neoncube, in the guide forum you got a full guide for it too.
As for extracting files (STB and stuff), use a VFS extractor (see "tools forum").

3°) extract first your STB files, they are in the VFS files so use a VFS extractor first to get them,
4°) try ONE thing at a time,
