Ok, so, here's the problems I see.
charip: This should be the local/internal IP, either 127.0.0.1 if the servers are on the same comp, or 192.168.x.x if they are on the same LAN
quickbar fix: As someone else said, there IS an error, in the charserver, it's because Arnold hasn't fixed the quickbar entry in the SQL. viewtopic.php?f=22&t=1353 My post, 5th from the bottom has the fix.

ok ( not to offend drakia or something but ) new rev 75 sql is fixed and on the charip i already said that it should have 192.168.x.x because thats what i saw he has his external ip...

lol now change the lanip to your local ip

then try to forward your ports and when you have done that you can use your external ip on serverip.
