no,
internal should be the same as external(normaly)
29000 ext. - 29000 int.
29100 ext. - 29100 int.
29200 ext. - 29200 int.
the other ports 29110 and 29210 are for server to server, so if the server's (world and char) are on the same computer you don't have to open them in your router
and the ip looks wrong to me(10.0.0.1)
it should be the lan ip of the server computer some thing like 192.168.1.123
but I could be wrong about that
