Names in STBs are pretty much always in korean. Nobody uses that field for anything but notes and reminders. All the English stuff comes from other files such as STL and LTB.

Both STL and LTB contain 4 different languages, one of which is always English unless you have files from Jrose which contain no English at all in many of the entries.
Which STL editor are you using?

sometimes an old outdated or incompatible stb/stl editor that cant read the files will also display everything in chinese/korean. make sure you use latest editors from the tool section.

Almost every STB from almost every client has STB text in Korean.
There's nothing unusual about that.
That's why I built my STB/STL editor with a function that copies in the English names from the STL

The only text fields in the STB are the column headers and the name of the item. These files are never even loaded by the client. they are only there for reference.

yes

You just load the STB and the matching STL then click the button to "import names from STL"
From there you can resave the STB if you like and it will all stay in English from then on.
