Running a high and low rate Server

Postby victor9191 on Mon Jul 15, 2013 12:40 am

Hi there, I'm running a second server for highrate, and well the problem I have is when I put this into a batch file

TRose.exe @TRIGGER_SOFT@ _server x.x.x:29020

It doesn't connect.

The port is the port for my second login server. Is there a simpler solution to running a high rate and low rate server? I've found a few guides here but they all require modifying the source. The channel guide I found was quite useless, well because it leaves the accounts on there. So atm I just cloned my DB and ran a second server.

last time i had done this (mind you it was a while ago)was that you copy all the compiled server files to a second server directory, then change the ini for the ports.
then you will have a total of 6 servers running, 2 login, 2 char, and 2 world.
