monsters

Postby Cheezy on Sun Jan 06, 2008 9:32 am

Alright well, the servers ran pretty smoothly thanks to you guys. But the problem is the spawns. It's totally off the original spawning points. Is there a file I can download to fix the current spawn points? Or is there a way to easily do this?

I saw in a thread that I can type:

/SET and something with mobIDs, coordinates, and spawning time; and it can replace the monster spawn coordinates forever. I can do this, but I'm not sure where I can find the exact spawning times and the other stuff to be exactly like the original ruff-rose.

Thanks for the help guys!

first i want to say ruff-rose isn't original and this rose doesn't contain any of the current populair rose's.
and before posting use the search button, if you scroll down you'll find a thread from oldman.
his first post contains junon and a bit of luna fixed mobs. and on page 2 i made a post with the eldeon mobs included.

@psychoshooter, Those spawns in Eldeon are still not on the good places. Pincers and hooks and other mobs spawn on mountains where I can't walk to. They're way off track.

As I recall, the Eldeon spawns for osiRose were taken from the EVO spawns.

I do know on EVO some of the spawns were off and I have or am fixing alot of the spawns on Eldeon.

Some of the maps on Eldeon is different on osiRose than on osrose (EVO), you alot of changes by hand will be required.

It is more like this:

/SSPAWN [mobid] [mobmin] [mobmax] [respawntime - in seconds]

Then

/SET (you need at least 4 points)

Then

/ESPAWN [database id] [aggresivity]

(this is the way it is set for osRose, I think it is the same with osiRose

Thanks psychoshooter ^_^ I'll look into that.

Oh, well, my cousins told me that they wanted it like ruff's spawns. Where can I find the right values that I have to input with the [mobmin], [mobmax], and [respawntime]?
