I just checked, and WinRAR added the MySQL files in a subdir inside the archive.
So you'll need to move the files from inside your compiler directory/libmysql to your compiler directory. It should ask if you want to overwrite files, just click "Yes to all".
I've uploaded a new libmysql.zip to the guide topic.
Also, re-add that line in socket.h, it shouldn't be removed or it won't compile at all. The person said that the first "mysql/" wasn't needed, not that the entire line wasn't needed
But this is fixed by using the libmysql.zip that I uploaded.
And if you can't compile your own server, then it's going to be hell getting any sort of support, because we aren't going to compile you a new copy any time there's a little change to fix something. So learn now, and you'll be better off. That's why I'm not going to compile you an exe.
Also, to update your code to the latest revision so you don't need list_hp, right click the WorldServer folder, and click "SVN Update"
