ospRose buggy ?

Postby xeross on Sun Jan 18, 2009 6:27 pm

hey,

i've read some threads about osprose being buggy, particulary hp and healing are said to be bugged.
So is one of the other emu's here working better or is this the best working one ?

Thanks, Xeross

it's not really any buggier than the others.
The only problem is that in osprose the client tends to not accept packets that directly change things such as HP and MP from the server.

Trying to work around it yeah.
Trying to fix it? not really. Like maxxon said, we would have to edit the assembly code in the client to do that.

It is not easy to fix, that´s why we are fixing minor bugs/problems first,,and then we will try to fix that.

It's not really your concern anyway. OspRose is a server emulator, not a client enhancement project. Would be nice to have client bugs fixed, yes, but it shouldn't be your main focus :)
