[ Test / EXE ] Atk power / Defence .

Hello , well i'm trying to have a correct balance between player and monster but it's not easy at all
so after a few try i got this :

Well this is one of my first try so i done it :

-> Reduced monster critical rate
-> Changed the way player do dmg to make it a little bit more lvl dependent
-> Reduced The monster critical dmg ( it seems work with some monster but with some other it still Fcked )
-> Changed The dodge / accu fonction
-> a few change to the player def .
->Skill dmg improve a bit

Actually this sucks ( yea but you can give it try )
some things like Monster critical dmg are still pissing me off and so many others ...


Based on osprose , please don't change the player dmg or monster dmg in your .conf theses change are not optimised for customs values

puff...I am trying to do it too, a lot of months working on it, and it is not easy :(
I have had a lot of headaches because of these formulas, they are..SHIT! heheh

Well, now is summer, and I will continue working on them, so I think we will get good values in some days hehe :)

Pepu has been working with me at ktrose to get these formulas sorted out so that we could release them in osprose.
It's very tricky to do and a lot of teh formulas that he gave me to try, use a subtraction method that actually allows damage to go negative so we had to scrap those.

Whatever you do, try to make sure that you divide attack by defense rather than subtracting it.
i have a feeling that we are eventually going to find a real simple formula that works. We just don't have it yet

Same applies with accuracy and dodge
