Here’s a mod I made for Rose Online. Characters based on the Kingdom hearts series. I made the Sora Riku and Kairi. Don’t be fooled what you see here because there’s more to come this is like 1/3 of the whole thing so if you say can u make “roxas please” …its already done (i have namine 2….just refer to my “to do list” on my blog to see what things im working on or planning to do). I made a video located above to show how they move in game….the video was basically recorded ingame then edited through after effects. Just to let you know there’s more after the credits(deep dive). The hair styles were model in 3ds max and textured in photoshop and the body, face, arms, and feet were simply recolored/retextured since there aren’t any bone editors yet D=. anyways here what I have done.

hmm sure go ahead....o yeh ....but just to let you know.....im releasing my kingdom hearts mods in 2 parts......the second part is like 3 times bigger than this (alternative costumes, more weapons, and 3 other hair styles)

so basically im not done with it yet =)

since everyone here are devs i guess i could show off what i have left to release......but i like to make videos with them before i release them...its a way to prove that i made it u no

oh one question tho...how did you make your videos look like that? like what did you use to make them look so 3d. Especially the special video that you have created. It does not even look like its rose lol...

well i record it in rose with fraps
then edit them in after effects
if i need extra things, i model and render what i need in 3ds max
....for example, that wave behind riku was rendered in 3ds
some special effects were done in after effects
after all the clips are done i use adobe premiere to combine them all

i mostly used alot of green screens.....
i just replaced the sky with a green background then run off the map
then do a few emotions

and yes i do have a neo heartless mod =) but thats not for releasing =p

lol nice! and wow so thats how you do it...good thing I know how to work with adobe after effects.
